I’m a Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist with over 10 years’ experience helping people move better, recover faster, and get back to doing what they love.
My journey into physiotherapy began after a knee injury that took me off the football pitch, until I met a physiotherapist who truly cared, listened, and guided me through a tailored rehab plan. That experience not only got me back to playing but also inspired the way I work today: combining expertise, empathy, and a deep belief that recovery should empower you.
Outside the clinic, I stay active through running, climbing, calisthenics, and strength training, keeping me connected to the same movement principles I teach every day.

I worked with Mattia Zappalà during summer training with the youth national volleyball team due to some discomfort in my knees. Right from the start, he was extremely professional and available, explaining clearly what we would do to resolve the issue. In addition to working in the physio room with specific therapies, we also incorporated exercises into warm-ups and weight sessions that helped prevent and reduce the discomfort. This not only relieved the pain within a few days but also allowed me to complete the training period in good shape and ready to compete. A great part of the excellent results achieved this summer are thanks to the outstanding work of physiotherapist Zappalà, who not only enabled me to play, but also helped all my teammates.
